But I just ordered basically a salad from Jimmy John’s.

Okay so here’s the sitch. Had a dinner all planned out. Realized as I was making it that there was wheat in it. Black bean burger, “chick’n”, veggie potstickers, everything I have has wheat in it. In my pajamas because I just worked out after I showered. So I call Jimmy John’s and end up getting a vegetarian but…

-No bun, lettuce wrap instead
-No mayo
-No cheese

So basically it has avocado spread, Dijon mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, peppers, alfalfa sprouts, and cucumbers. So…a salad.

What is my life.

Food so far today:

Breakfast: Egg whites, black beans, pico de gallo, and plain Greek yogurt (instead of sour cream) and an apple

Lunch: Quinoa salad and a banana

Going to do some interval running exercises and weights at the gym this afternoon once lunch settles, pumped!!

Day 1 of 14 See-If-I-Have-Gluten-Issues Trial Period Complete

Easy! I’m actually really excited to complete this 2 weeks and see what difference it makes :)

When I told my friend I was going gluten-free on top of being an almost vegan (yogurt and egg whites are the only non-vegan things I eat), she got really concerned. Will post rant later.
